Insurance Information
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. This benefit is usually paid out in installments for the duration of the treatment. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file claims on your behalf.
In order to help us maximize your insurance benefits please make sure to keep us up to date on changes or additions to your insurance policy. To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance portion(s) on our questionnaire.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you and/or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
In addition to your traditional dental insurance policy, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds can also be used for orthodontic treatment costs, and we also offer flexible and affordable monthly payment plan options to address any remaining financial concerns.
