Our staff is highly specialized in orthodontic treatment. The clinical staff is comprised of Registered Dental Assistants. They all have additional training in providing quality orthodontic treatment and regularly take continuing education courses. The Patient Coordinator at the front desk will assist with making your appointments. Our Financial Coordinator specializes in financial planning and insurance. The Treatment Coordinator will guide you in starting your orthodontic treatment and help answer any of your questions.

 Lynn – Office Manager

Lynn was raised on the Peninsula but then headed south to University of Santa Clara for a degree in Business Administration. For the next 18 years, she lived in the San Jose area and worked in her own computer and consulting business. In 1996, she decided to come back to the family business to assist her brother with office management, utilizing both her computer and finance expertise. For relaxation, she enjoys cooking and scuba diving – but usually not at the same time!

Kristy is our Patient Coordinator and has worked with Dr. Warren since 1996. She has over 20 years of experience working on the administrative side of dentistry. Kristy and her husband live on the San Mateo coast, where she has raised her family. She enjoys long-standing relationships with our patients as they grow into adulthood.

 Liz – Treatment Coordinator

Liz was born and raised in San Francisco and has been in the dental field since 1998. As a Registered Dental Assistant, she previously worked in both pediatric and general dentistry. She joined Dr. Warren in 2006 as the Treatment Coordinator. In her spare time, Liz enjoys cooking and spending time with her friends and family.

 Wendy – Financial Coordinator
Wendy is originally from Seattle, Washington and has lived in the Bay Area since 1977. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Dental Assisting from San Jose City College in 1989, and has worked in the dental field ever since, including three years as a customer service representative at Delta Dental Plan of California. She joined the Warren Orthodontics team in 2005, bringing with her an extensive knowledge of dental insurance practices and billing. In her free time, she is the vocalist for local rock band “Scranton” and works as a volunteer caring for homeless cats with Project Bay Cat in Foster City.

 Kira – RDA & Orthodontic Clinical Supervisor
Kira was born and raised in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, moved to San Diego in 2003, and then relocated to San Francisco in January 2011. She graduated as a Registered Dental Assistant in 1998 and continues working to increase her clinical knowledge in orthodontics. In her spare time, she enjoys taking vacations, dining with friends, playing sports and spending time with her family.

 Bennie – Registered Dental Assistant
Bennie was introduced to dentistry 23 years ago. She worked in general dentistry for nine years as a licensed RDA with a Coronal polishing and x-ray license. She came to work for Dr. Warren in 1995 and has since given many years as a loyal assistant. She enjoys the close working relationship with and care for patients of all ages. As Bennie is originally from Chile, she is bilingual in Spanish and English. She and her husband came to the US in 1981 and made San Francisco their home town. She cares about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and enjoys cooking, exercise and taking long walks.

 Christine – Registered Dental Assistant
Christine graduated College of Marin Dental Assisting Program in 1990. She has worked in several orthodontic offices since then and continues enjoying her work making great smiles with Dr. Warren’s office for eight years now. Along with assisting, she makes retainers, maintains the computer software and Invisalign systems in the office. During her time off of work, she works with her friends on large-scale art projects and making jewelry. She also likes eating great food, seeing movies and hanging out with her fluffy cat.

 Lisa – Registered Dental Assistant
Lisa has been a member of Dr. Warren's team since July of 2005 with four years of previous experience in the dental field. She completed her California Registered Dental Assistant licensing at UCSF in 2005. She is also our imaging technician. She was born in Russia and speaks the language fluently. She enjoys working with our patients, providing a friendly atmosphere and ensuring that they are in the most comfortable environment possible. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Nemo; going to the movies; reading; and working on various crafts.

 Maria – Registered Dental Assistant
Maria started her dental career back in 2004. She joined Dr. Warren’s team in 2007 as a Registered Dental Assistant and enjoys working with both children and adults. In her spare time, Maria loves to be with friends and family, practice Bikram yoga and is a big S.F. Giants fan!

 Susanna – Registered Dental Assistant
Susanna has lived in the Bay Area for over 20 years but she was born and grew up in Hong Kong. She speaks fluent Cantonese and some Mandarin. Since graduating from the Dental Assisting program at CCSF in 1997, Susanna knew that she loved orthodontics and has been working in the orthodontic profession since then. In addition to chairside assisting, she also fabricates some of the patient retainers for Dr. Warren. She periodically returns to CCSF to demonstrate retainer fabrication to their students.
